Handmade Dulce de Leche infused with Orange. Smooth, sweet with a bitter aftertaste...what else can we say? A complete different take on the traditional Argentine Dulce de Leche, but still as smooth and scrumptious.
Milk, sugar, a couple of oranges, a pinch of baking soda and a lot, lot, lot of stirring and patience are used to make this special sauce. (as with the other Dulce de Leche, this "caramel" is stirred and cooked for more than three hours!)
