This is the angry version of our Traditional Chimi, made with chopped habanero chillies!
This Chimi is very hot and not recommended for people who don't like spicy food!
Some say Chimichurri (or "Chimi" for the friends) comes from Basque’s tximitxurri, interpreted as "a mix of several things in no special order". Others claim the name comes from "Jimmy’s curry", Jimmy, being an Englishman who joined the fight for Argentine Independence. The name then morphed locally into "Chimichurri".
All we know is this sauce will take your grilling to a different level. Used practically in every asado in Argentina, this sauce will bring a completely new and different flavour to your cooking!
Use it on beef, pork, chicken, or even bruschettas!
This Chimichurri is handmade in England following a traditional Argentine recipe, using only natural ingredients.
